Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Money handling experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of the Jacksonville area.
• Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Act as the daily runner, event assistant for the tour.
• Shop for various items as requested by the tour manager or other tour personnel.
• Pick up and deliver tour personnel and equipment as instructed by the tour manager or other tour personnel.
• Provide clients with cost estimates for purchases.
• Pick up/return rental vehicles.
• Refill rental vehicles with gas.
• Settle receipts with tour prior to the end of the shift/show
• Pre-shop for catering or other needs as directed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

POSITION: Runner DEPARTMENT: Events FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Part-time/Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the daily runner, event assistant for the tour.
• Shop for various items as requested by the tour manager or other tour personnel.
• Pick up and deliver tour personnel and equipment as instructed by the tour manager or other tour personnel.
• Provide clients with cost estimates for purchases.
• Pick up/return rental vehicles.
• Refill rental vehicles with gas.

• Knowledge of the immediate Jacksonville area
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Education and/or Experience

• Previous work in back of house event support experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

Hours are event driven including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
