Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Runner to support live events in Jacksonville, FL. You will serve as the daily runner and event assistant for tours, shop for items, transport personnel and equipment, and assist with budgeting and logistics.

Responsibilities include driving, delivering, and handling multiple tasks during event-driven hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required, and experience in back-of-house event support is preferred.

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the daily runner and event assistant for the tour.
• Shop for items as requested by tour manager or personnel.
• Pick up and deliver personnel and equipment as instructed by tour manager.
• Provide cost estimates for purchases to clients.
• Pick up/return rental vehicles and refill fuel as needed.
• Settle receipts with tour prior to end of shift/show.
• Pre-shop for catering or other needs as directed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
