Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Runner to support events and tours in the Jacksonville area. You will act as the daily runner and event assistant, shop for items, and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and cost estimates for purchases.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, detail orientation, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work long hours based on tour needs. Previous back-of-house event exposure is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Act as the daily runner, event assistant for the tour.
• Shop for various items as requested by the tour manager or other tour personnel.
• Pick up and deliver tour personnel and equipment as instructed by the tour manager or other tour personnel.
• Provide clients with cost estimates for purchases.
• Pick up/return rental vehicles.
• Refill rental vehicles with gas.
• Settle receipts with tour prior to the end of the shift/show
• Pre-shop for catering or other needs as directed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• Previous work in back of house event support experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

• Hours are event driven including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
