Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Runner in Coon Rapids, MN. This entry-level, onsite role reports to the Fixed Operations Manager and offers Monday–Friday, full-time hours with an hourly rate of $17.50–$20.00.

You will greet clients, move vehicles safely, and coordinate with departments to ensure exceptional service. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of customer service and driving experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced dealership

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year or more of driving experience
• Ability to work with different departments and clients
• Acceptable driving record with a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Driving is 80% of the role, safely greeting clients and moving their vehicles to and from designated areas
• Welcome and escort clients to the appropriate department or area
• Clearly communicate client needs and expectations to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain, clean, and restock client refreshment stations and waiting areas

The Runner will report to the Fixed Operations Manager and is an onsite position. Schedule: Monday-Friday Full -Time - Open Availability Rate: $17.50-$20/ Hour

What You’ll do?

• Driving is 80% of the role, involving safely greeting clients and moving their vehicles to and from designated areas with care.
• Welcome and escort clients to the appropriate department or area, ensuring a warm introduction to our services.
• Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the appropriate personnel, ensuring the team is fully informed and prepared to deliver the highest level of service.
• Maintain, clean, and restock client refreshment stations and waiting areas, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment at all times

This is a hourly position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes an hourly rate at $17.50-$20.00PM Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
