Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health, to lead the North American team serving dairy, beef, and forage customers. You will shape technical strategy, develop talent, and strengthen relationships while delivering science-based value across products and services.

You will oversee trials, field programs, and collaborations, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and R&D, and provide executive-level support for strategic opportunities.

Competenze

• PhD, DVM or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Proven track record partnering with commercial organizations to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer focus and relationship building, scientific rigor and analytical thinking.
• Experience managing technical research programs, field trials, and trial design/execution.
• Established industry network among nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants and producers.
• Passion for advancing animal health, nutrition, and sustainability through science-based innovation.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and subject matter experts.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex challenges.
• Engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.
• Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, customer events, and professional associations.
• Monitor industry trends and evolving customer needs.
