Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service for Ruminant Animal Health to lead the North American team delivering science-based solutions across dairy, beef, and forage sectors.

You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and Innovation to translate rigorous science into measurable value for producers and customers, while building capability and leadership within a geographically dispersed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in animal nutrition or related industries.
• 5+ years of direct leadership experience coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial organizations to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the North American Ruminant Technical Service team.
• Define priorities and development plans aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute the NA technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to drive growth.
• Provide executive-level technical support for major customer opportunities.
• Engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and industry influencers across NA.
• Oversee trials, field validation, and research collaborations.
• Monitor industry trends and evolving customer needs.
• Represent Novonesis at conferences and industry events.
