Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a dynamic leader for the North American Ruminant Technical Service team. You will guide technical strategy, deliver science-based solutions, and partner across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation to support dairy, beef, and forage businesses.

You will mentor and develop specialists, lead trials and field programs, and engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and industry influencers to drive growth and customer success across North America.

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and ensure delivery of technical expertise across probiotic, enzyme, feed additive and silage solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders while translating science into measurable value.
• Engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.
• Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, customer events, and professional associations.
