Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health, to lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and deliver expert support for our probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage portfolio.

You will partner across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation to translate science into measurable customer value and drive strategic growth. A strong leadership and dairy/beef domain background is essential.

Qualifications

PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
8+ years of experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, consulting, or related industries.
5+ years of direct leadership experience coaching and developing technical professionals.
Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead North American Ruminant Technical Service team and ensure delivery of technical expertise across probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage solutions.
Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and customer success.
Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex technical challenges.
Engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.
Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
