Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• 8+ years progressive engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience delivering rugged/industrial electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hardware delivery from concept to production.
• Lead cross-functional teams of systems, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
• Define design governance and ensure ISO 9001/15288 compliance.
• Develop 1–3 year technology roadmaps and budgets.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for components.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma and KPI monitoring.
• Manage risk and compliance in mining environments.
