Job summary

Fruition Group US is seeking an electrical engineer to own hardware across complex power and control systems, from early architecture through PCB development, integration, testing and production. You will design hardware for demanding military applications, selecting processors and interfaces, and solving system-level electrical challenges.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, fast iteration and collaboration with mechanical, firmware and power electronics teams to deliver rugged hardware

Qualifications

• Experience designing electrical hardware for low- and high-voltage systems.
• Strong schematic capture and PCB layout execution across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to bring hardware from concept through test to production.
• Familiar with CAN, I2C, SPI, UART interfaces and related peripherals.
• Hands-on debugging with oscilloscopes, multimeters and power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical hardware across low- and high-voltage systems.
• Develop schematics and support PCB layout and board-level implementation.
• Design power management, distribution, protection and safety circuitry.
• Select processors and peripheral devices for robust hardware.
• Integrate sensors, interfaces and embedded electronics.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware and systems teams.
• Support prototype builds and transition designs toward production.
• Contribute to BOM, DFM and supplier decisions.
