Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to join the RTSM group, delivering effective customer support and project coordination across complex systems. This full-time exempt role supports Start-up, Maintenance, and Closeout phases while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has RTSM/IRT experience, at least one year in customer support within a regulated industry, and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Perform skilled duties such as creating, reviewing, coordinating, and managing a variety of deliverables for assigned projects
• Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad issues associated with managing the delivery of complex systems and projects
• Respond to inquiries about projects
• Lead various project status and review meetings

The Role

Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is looking for a Managed Services Consultant to join our RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) group. The Managed Services Consultant will provide adequate customer service for all internal and external customers by using knowledge of company products and programs. This is a full-time, exempt position.
