Job summary

NetJets, the global private aviation leader, seeks an RTS Specialist to protect the Part 135 operating certificate by rigorously reviewing maintenance events and ensuring compliance with the GMM and FARs. The role leverages Maintenix for tracking and supervises maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include documenting maintenance per regulations, communicating with providers, and ensuring accurate certification and timing data. Strong aviation maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 4-6 years of aviation maintenance experience.
• A&P license is required.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Prior QC/QA/IA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance provider documentation for compliance with regulations and GMM.
• Release aircraft for operation after ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Review weight and balance forms and update processes.
• Verify component certification eligibility and installation eligibility.
• Maintain tracking for time-limited components in the system.
• Communicate with providers and NetJets representatives as needed.
• Ensure RII documentation is completed by authorized personnel.
• Submit reviewed maintenance records for retention.
• Lead additional projects to support goals as assigned.
• Review Major Repairs and Major Alterations for compliance.
