Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Return To Service (RTS) specialist to protect the Part 135 operating certificate by rigorously reviewing maintenance documentation and ensuring compliance with the GMM and FARs. The role involves updating maintenance tracking, coordinating with providers, and ensuring proper documentation and certifications for all maintenance actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
• 4–6 years aviation maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance provider documentation for compliance with regulations and GMM; ensure documentation is complete and aircraft released for operation.
• Review weight and balance forms and complete the update process.
• Verify component certification eligibility and installation eligibility on NetJets aircraft.
• Update tracking for time-limited components in Maintenix.
• Communicate with maintenance providers and NetJets representatives on documentation.
• Maintain and update APU usage and placards; provide updated values as needed.
• Submit tracking changes based on engineering documentation when required.
• Ensure RII documentation is completed and retained properly.
• Ensure reviewed maintenance documentation is submitted to maintenance records.
• Complete additional projects and campaigns to support department goals.
• Review Major Repairs and Major Alterations compliance documentation.
