Vertex Pharmaceuticals offers a Spring 2027 Global Record to Report Co-op in Boston, MA. This 6-month, full-time paid program targets undergraduates in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with a January–July 2027 schedule and a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities include supporting RTR strategy and optimization, documentation of processes, data analysis for close and reporting metrics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across Accounting, Finance, IT, Tax, Treasury, and Legal.

Competenze

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least one prior co-op experience is preferred but not required.
• Stakeholder interactions will largely be in Boston, MA or virtual with international colleagues.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States, now and in the future.
• You must be enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before May 2027.
• You must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from January – July 2027.

Mansioni

• Support the RTR Strategy & Optimization team with day-to-day activities related to process improvement initiatives.
• Document current accounting and reporting processes, including process flows and procedures.
• Assist with data collection and basic analysis for close and reporting metrics.
• Support preparation of presentation materials, summaries, and reports for team meetings.
• Help develop and update process documentation, playbooks, toolkits, and training materials.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to capture notes and follow-up actions.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of process improvement initiatives.
