Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior Manager for RTR & ATR Service Performance Management to oversee the delivery of Record-to-Report and Acquire-to-Retire services within the Global Business Services organization. This role partners with Finance leadership and offshore teams to ensure service commitments and continuous improvement across processes.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder engagement, and driving standardization, with accountability for SLA compliance and performance reporting across RTR

Qualifications

• Monitors day-to-day service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Leads governance reviews between Finance leadership and GBS teams.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across RTR/ATR.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship manager for Finance stakeholders consuming RTR and ATR services.
• Monitor performance against established SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.
• Escalate and resolve issues impacting Finance customers.
• Facilitate governance reviews and communicate performance trends.
