Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior Manager to ensure effective, efficient delivery of RTR and ATR services within the Global Business Services organization. You will liaise with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams to ensure service commitments, governance, and continuous improvement are achieved.

The role focuses on monitoring performance, driving issue resolution, improving customer satisfaction, and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance financial operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Operations.
• 7+ years in Accounting/Finance Ops/Shared Services or GBS.
• Experience supporting RTR/ATR processes in a GBS or Shared Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as relationship manager for Finance stakeholders using RTR/ATR services.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and targets.
• Lead governance reviews and drive issue resolution and improvements.
• Develop dashboards and standardised performance reporting.
• Support migration and transformation initiatives and ensure operational readiness.
