Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager for RTR & ATR Service Performance Management to ensure the effective, efficient delivery of finance services within the Global Business Services organization. You will liaise with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to meet service commitments and drive continuous improvement.

In this role you will monitor performance against SLAs, lead governance reviews, and champion standardization across RTR and ATR processes.

Qualifications

Experience delivering RTR/ATR services within a global/shared services model.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma and process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and offshore service delivery teams.
Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs; drive issue resolution.
Lead governance reviews and communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards.
Partner with process owners and operational teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive standardization.
