Job summary

BDO in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, RTR & ATR Service Performance Management to ensure the effective delivery of RTR and ATR services. You will be the primary liaison between Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and offshore service delivery teams, driving SLA compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Operations.
• 7+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, Shared Services, or GBS.
• Experience supporting RTR and/or ATR processes in a Shared Services/GBS.
• Experience managing offshore or global delivery teams.
• Experience with SLA governance, KPI management, and operational reporting.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Finance stakeholders for RTR and ATR services.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead governance reviews with Finance leadership and offshore teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards and scorecards.
• Drive process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Lead transitions and ERP transformation efforts.
