Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager for RTR & ATR Service Performance Management to ensure effective, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of Record-to-Report and Acquire-to-Retire services within the Global Business Services organization. You will partner with Finance leadership, stakeholders, and offshore teams to meet service commitments and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Operations.
• Seven+ years in Accounting/Finance Ops/SSO/GBS required.
• Experience supporting RTR/ATR in a shared services/GBS environment.
• Experience managing offshore/global delivery teams and SLA governance.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison between Finance leadership, stakeholders and offshore service teams.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and targets; drives mitigation plans.
• Leads governance reviews and service review meetings; reports trends and improvements.
• Drives continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma projects and standardisation.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and audit activities.
• Supports migrations/transitions of RTR and ATR work into GBS.
