Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners in Alma, GA is seeking a Production Manager – RTE/Clean Room to oversee daily operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and on-time delivery while leading production teams.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and performance, collaborating with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehouse, and Shipping to optimize efficiency and drive continuous improvement. The role requires HACCP certification and the ability to work in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related management or supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Experience with inventory and manufacturing software.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings.
• HACCP Certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations, supervise production teams, and ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are met.
• Monitor production performance, labor allocation, yields, and line throughput to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize equipment performance, product quality, and production costs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA requirements, and customer product specifications.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehouse, and Shipping to resolve operational challenges and minimize downtime.
• Oversee employee training, performance expectations, and adherence to production and safety standards.
• Support equipment installations, preventive maintenance planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in food safety audits, workplace safety initiatives, and production performance reviews
