Job summary

John Soules Foods Valley, AL is seeking a RTE Specialty Pack Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead the process line, manage staffing, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the operation. This role is based in a cold, fast-paced plant where adherence to procedures and food safety standards is essential.

You will coach a production team, monitor waste and productivity, ensure food safety compliance, and partner with maintenance and QA to meet company goals in a large-scale manufacturing

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Proven track record in supervising or leading a team.
• Knowledge of production line equipment and ERP systems (M3, Infinity, Insperity).

Responsibilities

• Oversee production lines to meet company goals.
• Supervise and develop team members; ensure daily staffing.
• Promote a safety-first culture and monitor product quality and waste.
• Ensure processes meet food safety requirements.
• Adapt responsibilities to support operations.
