Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Team Member in Lacey, WA. You will assemble ready-to-eat products, add ingredients per sheets, and monitor quality in a refrigerated setting.

The role requires standing for long periods and occasional overtime, weekends, or evenings based on business needs. The position offers full-time hours with a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Previous food production, manufacturing, assembly or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, production sheets and detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (32°F–36°F).
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and work overtime, weekends or evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble ready-to-eat products according to recipe and production specifications.
• Add ingredients to containers based on production sheets.
• Ensure proper ingredient placement, product weight and visual quality.
• Monitor ingredient levels and alert line support when supplies are low.
• Assist with line changeovers, sanitation and equipment preparation.
• Prepare materials for upcoming shifts and conduct end-of-shift staging.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform additional duties as assigned.
