Qualifications

• Previous food production, manufacturing, assembly or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, production sheets and detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (32°F–36°F).
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and work overtime, weekends or evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble ready-to-eat products according to recipe and production specifications.
• Add ingredients to containers based on production sheets.
• Ensure proper ingredient placement, product weight and visual quality.
• Monitor ingredient levels and alert line support when supplies are low.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER IN LACEY, WA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Team Member to join our team in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for performing multiple production functions, including assembling ready-to-eat products, adding ingredients according to production sheets and recipes, monitoring product quality, maintaining ingredient supplies, and supporting sanitation and line changeovers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a refrigerated production environment, able to stand for extended periods, and willing to work overtime, weekends, or evenings based on business needs.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $17.13/hour
• Full-time schedule

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble ready-to-eat (RTE) products according to recipe and production specifications
• Add ingredients to containers based on production sheets
• Ensure proper ingredient placement, product weight, and visual quality
• Monitor ingredient levels throughout the shift and alert line support when supplies need to be replenished
• Assist with line clearings, sanitation, and equipment preparation during product changeovers
• Perform daily end-of-shift staging and material preparation for upcoming production shifts
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform additional production duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous food production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes, production sheets, and detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to work continuously in a refrigerated environment maintained at 32°F–36°F
• Ability to perform physical tasks in areas with a minimum of 72 inches of headroom
• Ability to stand continuously for 8-hour shifts
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or evenings based on business demand
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
