Job summary

Monroechamber in Schofield, WI is seeking a Production Associate for a 2nd shift (4:00pm - 8:00pm), part-time. You will ensure food safety and product quality by following GMP and HACCP standards while processing, packaging, and preparing materials.

This role offers a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment with a focus on accuracy and reliability. Responsibilities include starting on the line, handling Ready-to-Eat products, assembling packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished goods.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, reach, bend for most of the shift.
• Able to lift up to 10-25 lb occasionally and up to 50-100 lb rarely.
• Able to push/pull up to 50-75 lb and use hands repetitively.
• Comfortable working in 35-40 degree environments and handling strong smells.

Responsibilities

• Reports to assigned line at the start of the shift ready to work.
• Removes Ready-to-Eat products from cooler or warehouse.
• Cuts RTE product with cheese slicing machine, de-linker, stick cutter or scissors.
• Places RTE product into unit packaging.
• Applies stickers by hand to packages.
• Places RTE product in a bag, caddy or case and puts on pallet.
• Moves finished pallet with pallet jack into warehouse.
