Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a RSP Special Education Teacher to provide specialized instruction for students with diverse learning needs across Northern, Central, and Southern California. You will work with district staff to implement IEPs, support instruction, and promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Education or related field preferred).
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as required by state.
  • State-specific certification or eligibility for substitute roles when applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Implement IEP goals through small group and individualized instruction.
  • Support general education curriculum with accommodations and modifications.
  • Assist with classroom behavior management using PBIS strategies.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
  • Maintain documentation and support IEP compliance; track student progress.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with district staff to implement IEPs, support classroom instruction, and promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes.We are also welcoming qualified substitute teachers who are interested in flexible opportunities to support special education classrooms on an as-needed basis.
