You will coach and develop employees, monitor performance, and drive improvements while building strong relationships with the team and partners to ensure a clean, efficient operation aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus).
• Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally.
