Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Site Manager in Shelby, NC to lead daily manufacturing operations and support team development. You will foster a safe, respectful environment, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with team members and partners to ensure efficient, high‑quality output.

You will guide prioritization, onboarding, and coaching, while maintaining a clean, compliant site aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or equivalent education
• Strong communication and people skills
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel; JDE experience is a plus
• Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across functions
