Rehrig Pacific Company in Shelby, NC is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and uphold a safe, respectful environment where everyone feels like family.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes accountability and continuous improvement as you partner with our operations and field teams to keep the site efficient, compliant, and aligned with our values.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus).
• Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally.
