Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Site Manager in the United States to lead daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster a safe, respectful workplace where employees feel like family. You will coach teams, monitor performance, and build strong cross-functional relationships with partners to ensure efficient site performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; JDE experience a plus.
