Job summary

Atkore is seeking an RSC Coordinator to support Regional Service Centers across the United States and Canada. The role is based out of Dallas-Fort Worth, TX or Cartersville, GA, reporting to the Regional Service Center Manager, with responsibilities spanning operational coordination, data analysis, and system administration.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of administrative support experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of administrative support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Experience Manager and Regional Service Centers with day-to-day operational needs.
• Generate, collect, analyze, and organize RSC data to support KPI and metric performance.
• Maintain RSC systems such as Tableau, Power BI, Enablon, Basware and JD Edwards.
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory for consumables, office supplies, and site needs.
• Partner with Property Management and RSC Finance on lease scope and facility costs.
• Promote safety and employee engagement across the RSC network; travel ~5%.
