Job summary

Atkore is seeking an RSC Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (or Cartersville, GA). You will support Regional Service Centers with daily operational needs, analyze performance data, manage key systems, and coordinate purchasing and facility activities across the U.S. and Canada.

The role requires 3-5 years of admin support, proficiency with Tableau/Power BI/Enablon/Basware/JD Edwards, and strong Excel skills. Bachelor's degree preferred; travel ~5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of administrative support experience in a multi-site environment.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Enablon, Basware, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Experience Manager and Regional Service Centers with day-to-day operational needs, onboarding support, visitor coordination, communications, and other administrative activities.
• Generate, collect, analyze, and organize RSC data to support KPI/metric performance; maintain training, Standards of Work, 5S, and related documentation.
• Maintain RSC systems including Tableau, Power BI, Enablon, Basware, and JD Edwards; coordinate labels, invoices, purchase orders, and work orders as needed.
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory for consumables, finished goods, office supplies, and facility services with procurement.
• Collaborate with Property Management and RSC Finance to understand lease scope and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Promote safety and employee engagement across the RSC network; travel to other locations as needed.
