We are searching for a Regional Service Center Manager for our Harvey, IL facility. Reporting to the Senior Director of RSC Operations this person will be the primary leader of the distribution center. This position is accountable for shipping & receiving, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation functions. The RSC Manager leads exempt and non-exempt associates across multiple shifts of operation. Demonstrated experience using Lean tools and a track record of project management is desired.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management with 10+ years of leadership experience. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $130,800 - $179,850 AIP: 20%. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
