Zusammenfassung

Atkore is seeking a Regional Service Center (RSC) Coordinator to support multiple centers across the United States and Canada. The role reports to the Regional Service Center Manager and involves coordinating operational tasks, analyzing performance data, and administering key systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of admin support experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and JD Edwards.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a multi-site operational or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Enablon, Basware, and JD Edwards; strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel ~5% and manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer support.

Aufgaben

• Support the Customer Experience Manager and Regional Service Centers with day-to-day operational needs such as onboarding, visitor coordination, communications, and admin tasks.
• Collect and analyze RSC data to support KPI performance; maintain training, standards, and work instructions.
• Maintain RSC systems (Tableau, Power BI, Enablon, Basware, JD Edwards) and coordinate invoices, POs, and work orders.
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory levels for consumables, office supplies, and site needs; work with Procurement on vendors for facility services.
• Collaborate with Property Management and RSC Finance on lease scope, repairs, and cost control.
• Promote safety and engagement across the RSC network; travel to other RSC locations as needed.
