Activated Insights seeks an SRC Operations Manager to optimize workforce planning, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, mail operations and KPI reporting. You will partner with SRC leadership, Talent, Finance and IT to ensure accurate surveys and efficient processes across call centers.

The role emphasizes process improvements, cost efficiency, and reliable system coordination, with an individual contributor scope and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Experience in operations, workforce planning, scheduling, payroll administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Experience coordinating with IT, HR, finance and external vendors.

Mansioni

• Own inbound/outbound mail processes and manage the mail-house relationship.
• Maintain team schedules, handle schedule-change requests and floor-lead shifts.
• Forecast headcount needs and communicate gaps to leadership.
• Oversee timekeeping in Paycom; review corrections and time-off requests.
• Audit Paycom vs. Vicidial data for overtime and timecard issues.
• Develop KPI dashboards and drive cross-functional process improvements.
