Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Respiratory Therapy department. The role focuses on ventilator and tracheostomy support, with independent work and collaboration with the Respiratory Director to maintain high standards of care.

The position offers full-time hours (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with competitive hourly pay of $40–$45 and a $12,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health and other perks.

Qualifications

• Current NBRC RRT credential
• Illinois state respiratory care practitioner license
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving and time management
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to residents with ventilators and tracheostomies.
• Perform routine respiratory care procedures including suctioning and ventilator checks.
• Monitor residents' respiratory status and document findings in the medical record.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate respiratory support.
• Maintain ventilator unit competency and ensure care in compliance with policies.
