Job summary

AgileOne RPO Recruiter supports full life cycle recruiting for client locations, with a focus on sourcing, tracking, and timely candidate communication.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to conduct passive sourcing, manage requisitions, coordinate interviews, and extend offers. Five plus years of experience and strong ATS knowledge are required; this is a fast-paced role in Lake Forest, IL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting
• Experience with Internet recruiting systems
• In-depth familiarity with job boards, research tools and ATS
• Ability to manage high-volume openings
• Strong interpersonal, telephonic and email communication skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information and work independently
• Proficient with MS Office and web search tools
• CIR/ACIR and PHR desired

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle recruiting support for client locations
• Select cost-effective sourcing approaches for openings
• Conduct passive candidate recruiting and sourcing
• Use internet recruiting sources and ATS to manage data
• Enter and maintain database information in ATS
• Contribute to sourcing strategy design and implementation
• Report on sourcing results and process improvements
• Gather hiring requirements from hiring managers
• Explain business and role requirements to candidates
• Manage requisition and candidate activity
• Coordinate interview scheduling
• Perform candidate research, sourcing and assessment
• Conduct reference and background checks at client site
• Extend offers and facilitate negotiation
• Advise unsuccessful candidates timely
• Complete other assignments as required

AgileOne RPO Recruiter supports full life cycle recruiting for RPO client locations, with a focus on sourcing, tracking, and timely candidate communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle recruiting support for client locations (100%)
• Select the most cost effective, creative, and time efficient approach for each opening (100%)
• Conduct passive candidate recruiting and creative sourcing (90%)
• Use Internet and web-based recruiting sources and systems to identify, manage information, and source candidates (20%)
• Enter, maintain, and manage database information using one or more ATS applications (40%)
• Contribute input for design and implementation of sourcing strategies (25%)
• Report on sourcing results/effectiveness, process improvement, and lessons learned (25%)
• Gather and discover hiring requirements from hiring managers through department profiling (50%)
• Convey to candidates an understanding of the business and position requirements (90%)
• Manage and track requisition and candidate activity (70%)
• Manage interview scheduling (30%)
• Perform candidate research, sourcing, and assessment (10%)
• Conduct reference and background checks at the client location if applicable (20%)
• Extend offers and facilitate negotiation (30%)
• Advise unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner (30%)
• Complete other special assignments and duties as required

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience with Internet recruiting systems, including developing and posting requisitions and tracking interview and hiring statistics
• In-depth familiarity with web-based job boards, research tools, and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage high-volume openings while staying flexible, professional, and compliant with policies and procedures
• Strong interpersonal, telephonic, and e-communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to work with little supervision and under pressure
• Problem solving skills and sound judgment
• High volume recruiting experience is a must; success depends on quick turnaround with quality candidates
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work independently with urgency
• All viable candidates will be screened to the client’s hiring requirements
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group settings
• Proficiency with: MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Google, Yahoo, Live, Metasearch engines, Boolean search strings
• ATS experience with Brassring, Taleo, Vurv, HodesiQ, PeopleClick, or other ATS applications
• CIR or ACIR desired, and PHR
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field desired
