Job summary

Groundswell is hiring an experienced Business Process Engineer to join our team in Reston, VA. You will lead development of RPA processes, collaborate with customers, and ensure scalable, secure automation solutions using UiPath in a federal contracting environment.

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens with active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility, willing to work on-site up to five days a week in the National Capital Region. A strong track record in Agile delivery is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
U.S. Citizen with active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
10+ years' experience with escalating responsibilities with customers.
Experience leading a functional team and interfacing with customers.
Direct experience working with RPA developers to build, deploy, and manage automations.

Responsibilities

Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
Lead development efforts of multiple RPA solution processes and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into project plans.
Ensure best practices in design, development, and delivery of automation projects.
Define overall solution architecture and how components integrate.
Provide technical guidance to development team and ensure adherence to architecture.
