Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a skilled RPA developer to design and implement UiPath automation solutions for federal agency contexts. You will work with analysts and testers to deliver reliable automations, using REFramework and best practices.

The role requires strong Python and OO languages, experience with UiPath Autopilot and AI Center, and the ability to navigate Agile environments. US citizenship and security clearance will be prioritized; travel to DMV area may be involved.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive development experience.
Minimum 1 year as an RPA developer, UiPath preferred.
Experience with configuration, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Agile methodologies.
Experience with Python and OO languages, scripting and database query languages.
Familiar with project and change management concepts and IT implementations.
Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot and AI Center configuration.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
US Citizenship is required; ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and REFramework.
Maintain and update technical documentation.
Follow best practices, QA/testing, and procedures; propose improvements.
Develop automation solutions and continually improve them.
Create and maintain SDDs, process definitions, and automation artifacts.
Build, deploy, and monitor automations in UiPath Orchestrator, including queues and scheduling.
Use UiPath Automation Suite to deliver enterprise-grade automations across cloud and on-premise.
Develop UiPath Autopilot experiences to support AI-assisted automation.
Implement Document Understanding workflows with AI models and OCR.
Integrate UiPath with third-party systems and APIs for end-to-end automation.
Collaborate with business analysts and testers to ensure value delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure iterative, high-quality delivery.
