Job summary

Groundswell seeks an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, and optimize UiPath-based automation in support of federal projects. You will work cross-functionally to ensure secure, scalable automations across environments and collaborate with business partners to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, DMV-area local travel, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Candidates with DoD experience and UiPath certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year as a Robotic Process Automation developer, UiPath preferred.
• Experience with automation solution lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Python and object-oriented languages, scripting, and DB queries.
• Familiar with project/change management concepts and IT implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain stable, secure RPA solutions using UiPath REFramework.
• Document and update technical materials, SDDS, and automation artifacts.
• Collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and testers to ensure value and alignment with requirements.
• Deploy and monitor automations in UiPath Orchestrator, manage queues, schedules, and assets.
• Integrate UiPath with third-party systems and AI/automation tools.
