Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer (RPA) to join our government client team in Arlington, VA.

The role focuses on end-to-end RPA lifecycle design, development, testing, and deployment, with emphasis on integration into existing enterprise solutions and architectures. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in automation development, 3+ years with UiPath, and solid cloud experience, plus DoD data strategy familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key programming required for automation development.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with leading RPA tools, such as UiPath.
• Minimum 3 years practical experience in cloud technologies.
• Certifications such as UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional are preferred.
• Working knowledge of .NET frameworks and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy RPA workflows.
• Configure, scale, deploy, integrate and maintain the RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Utilize APIs to support integration with existing and proposed tools.
• Deploy and manage RPA solutions in AWS and/or Azure.
• Provide troubleshooting and break/fix support.
• Coordinate with authorities to deploy automated solutions in approved environments.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end users and personnel.
