What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for leading a pod of developers to develop Agentic solutions using UiPath
• Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of an implementation and any critical milestones.
• Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers in order to drive towards customer adoption
• Mentor technical engineers who are looking to grow their careers in RPA & Agentic features
• Develop a deep understanding of theUiPathPlatform and its functionalities
• Work with a truly unbelievable technical team that will move mountains to help our customers
• Become an evangelist ofUiPathby identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution
• Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out‑of‑the‑box opportunities to expand theUiPathecosystem

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceor related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in object‑oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
• 4+ years of experience developing inUiPath
• 2+ years of hands‑on development inUiPath
• Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on theUiPathplatform
• Experience configuring UiPath’s AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces
• Experience in infrastructure related technology and integrating with common systems via APIs
• We are seeking process‑minded individuals with good presentation and communication skills(customer facing)
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
• US citizenship
• Eligible for Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPathProfessional Certifications (Solution Architect or Developer Professional)
• Candidate local to the Washington, DC metro area highly preferred

Salary range: $103,968.00 - $184,049.00
