Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a UiPath Solution Architect to lead a team of developers in creating innovative solutions for federal agencies. You'll provide technical oversight and mentoring while developing sustainable automation solutions using UiPath.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in object-oriented programming and extensive experience with the UiPath platform. This role offers remote flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in object-oriented programming.
• 4+ years of experience developing in UiPath.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of developers to develop Agentic solutions using UiPath.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation.
• Mentor technical engineers looking to grow in RPA.

Skills

Object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python)

Experience developing in UiPath
