Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is seeking an RPA Analyst in Auburn Hills, MI to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that enhance efficiency across business functions.

The role emphasizes process analysis and Microsoft Power Platform work, including Power Automate and Power Apps, within a collaborative, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Microsoft 365) and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience analyzing current inventory processes and designing automated workflows for stock alerts, replenishment requests, approvals, and compliance tracking.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and familiarity with Power Apps.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with project planning and coordination by tracking requirements, development activities, testing progress, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Understanding of process mapping, workflow automation, and business process analysis.
• Experience with scripting or programming (PowerShell, Python, C#, Java).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or enterprise process environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
