We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows) to design, develop,and deploy automation solutions for enterprise business processes.

The role involves translating business requirements into scalable automation workflows that

improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable end-to-end process automation across finance, supply chain, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3- 6 years of experience in RPA development, SAP GUI automation, and Power Platform integration, with a strong understanding of enterprise process automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities: RPA Development

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
• Build scalable RPA solutions to automate repetitive business processes across enterprise applications.
• Implement reusable automation components, libraries, and templates to accelerate development.

Process Analysis& Solution Design

• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and document process workflows.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and effort estimations for automation initiatives.
• Translate process requirements into technical automation designs.

Integration & Platform Development

• Integrate automation workflows with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including:
• Power Apps
• Power BI
• AI Builder
• Implement automation workflows that interact with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.

Monitoring, Governance & Support

• Implement logging, monitoring, and exception handling within automation solutions.
• Support automation lifecycle management including deployment, version control, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE)to ensure adherence to automation standards, security, and credential management.

Required Skills & Experience: Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Experience with:
• Power Platform ecosystem
• API integrations
• Data transformation and Excel automation
• Knowledge of RPA design principles and automation frameworks

Programming / Scripting

• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (preferred):
• Python

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems,or related field
• Experience delivering enterprise automation projects involving SAP. Preferred certifications:
• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
• Exposure to Power Platform Solution Architecture (PL-600)
• Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business workflows into automation solutions
• Understanding of automation governance and enterprise architecture
