Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, is seeking an RPA Analyst to support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across business functions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role emphasizes process analysis, automation development, and integration, with a focus on Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience analyzing inventory processes and designing automated workflows (stock alerts, replenishment, approvals, compliance).
• WinActor experience is a huge plus.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and familiarity with Power Apps.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Microsoft 365).
• Experience with project planning, tracking requirements, development, testing, and deliverables.
• Understanding process mapping, workflow automation, and business process analysis.
• Experience with scripting or programming (PowerShell, Python, C#, Java, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or enterprise process environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an RPA Analyst to support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across business functions. This role will focus heavily on process analysis, automation development, and integration within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps, and the ability to analyze manual processes and design scalable automation solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a software engineering manager and a collaborative team of peers in a fast-paced environment focused on digital transformation and process optimization.

This is a long-term contract position based in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in analyzing current inventory processes and designed automated workflows for stock alerts, replenishment requests, approvals, and compliance tracking.
• Experience in WinActor is a HUGE plus
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and familiarity with Power Apps.
• Hands-on experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with project planning and coordination by tracking requirements, development activities, testing progress, issues, dependencies, and deliverable
• Understanding process mapping, workflow automation, and business process analy
• Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., PowerShell, Python, C#, Java, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or enterprise process environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
