Job summary

Verisma is seeking an RPA Support Engineer to maintain and optimize UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate bots. You will resolve production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes to ensure reliable automation workflows.

The role emphasizes security, HIPAA compliance, and AI-enhanced automation leveraging UiPath AI Center and Document Understanding. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in RPA support, scripting experience, and familiarity with ITSM tools.

Qualifications

2+ years supporting or developing RPA solutions using UiPath
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Power Automate
Understanding of bot lifecycle, exception handling, queues, assets and credential management
Experience with ITSM incident, problem, and change management (ServiceNow/Jira)
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, or VBScript)
Willingness to travel on a quarterly basis

Responsibilities

Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents for UiPath and Power Automate bots in production environments
Perform root-cause analysis on failures, exceptions, and performance degradation; document findings and corrective actions
Ensure HIPAA compliance for PHI/PII; coordinate with compliance and security teams on audit logging and access controls
Support and maintain AI-enhanced automation workflows leveraging UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining
Maintain accurate support runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles for all supported automations
Perform other duties to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company
