Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking an Automation Engineer to partner with business and development teams to identify, design, build, and deliver automated solutions, including RPA across the organization. You will define needs, design solutions and deliver results.

The role leads UiPath automation projects, collaborates with IT, manages bots, and ensures security controls while maintaining PHI/HIPAA regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of UiPath RPA experience.
• Experience with SQL data handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects and develop UiPath-based solutions following architecture and standards.
• Automate business processes using RPA and manage task schedules and bots.
• Collaborate with business managers and IT to design and deliver automations.
• Define use cases and understand business processes to conceptualize automated solutions.
• Present automation technology demos to clients and internal stakeholders.
