Job description

Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of RPA projects from planning through deployment and support.
Identify, analyze, and design automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Oversee development teams in building and deploying “bots” using Automation Anywhere and ensure adherence to RPA best practices.
Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources across geographies to ensure successful execution.
Proactively coordinate with business and IT owners for access, requirement clarification, test data, and platform‑related dependencies.
Conduct financial and performance analysis to measure automation ROI and ongoing effectiveness.
Support the maintenance, enhancement, and governance of existing automation solutions.

Required Skills

Proven experience in project management and leading complex technology or automation initiatives.
Hands‑on understanding of RPA concepts and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong working experience with Automation Anywhere (implementation experience required).
Exceptional analytical, logical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business process analysis and documentation expertise.
Ability to manage distributed teams and resources across global locations.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
PMP and/or Agile certification preferred.
