Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role


• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Automation process exposure is a must


• Strong programming skills in Data analysis, Python, ML concepts


• Hands-on experience in working with Xceptor, Open-Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA


• Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines


• Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus


• Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors


• Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation


• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization


• Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions
