Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced RPA Architect to lead automation initiatives using Automation Anywhere (AA). The role requires 6-10+ years in RPA with 2+ years hands-on AA, and a strong foundation in OCR, web and Windows automation, XML, REST API and Mainframe commands. Certifications in AA 10x/11x are required.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience with 2+ years in Automation Anywhere (AA).
• Hands-on knowledge in OCR, Web Automation, Windows Automation, Email Automation, XML, REST API, and Mainframe commands.
• Certifications in Automation Anywhere 10x or 11x are required.
• Experience with MetaBOT and reusable modular code libraries for the dev team.
• Ability to design multi-bot processes with scalable, reliable code.
• Strong planning skills for complete implementation cycles.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work with customers as an RPA Architect.
• Academic background in CS/IS and optional knowledge of .NET or Java, JavaScript, VBScript, and Excel Macros.
• Experience with Agile implementations and ERP integrations (ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Workflow).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high‑quality RPA solutions using AA.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to align procedures with business goals.
• Plan and manage full system lifecycle for RPA activities including coding, testing, and documentation.
• Develop modular, reusable bot libraries and reference architectures.

Working Model: Hybrid- 2 days per week (for two 2wks out of a month)

MUST HAVE:

• 6-10+ years of experience, must have 2+ years of hands on working knowledge in Automation Anywhere (AA) tool

Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
